While we make every effort to ensure timely access, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free delivery in cases where third-party platforms face technical issues.
User Responsibilities
As a customer, you are responsible for ensuring that the information and files you provide are accurate and lawful. You must not upload documents containing personal or sensitive data that could compromise your privacy, as stated in our Privacy Policy. For Canva Pro, you must not share account credentials or resell access, as this violates our Licensing Policy. Any misuse of our services may lead to suspension or termination of access without refund.

Vanguard Club does not claim ownership of these platforms but instead provides limited access to their features through authorized means. Payments
All payments must be completed before services are delivered. We accept secure transactions through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and AB Bank transfer. By making a payment, you confirm that the funds are legally yours and authorize us to process the order. Vanguard Club is not responsible for delays or errors caused by incorrect payment details provided by the customer.
Refunds and Cancellations
Our refund and cancellation terms are clearly outlined in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Since most of our services are digital and instantly delivered, they are generally non-refundable. Refunds are only available in rare cases where the service could not be provided due to an error on our side. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.
