All digital services and products offered by Vanguard Club, including but not limited to Canva Pro subscriptions and Turnitin originality checks, are provided under a limited, non-transferable license. This means that when you purchase a product or service from us, you are granted the right to use it for personal, educational, or professional purposes as defined in this policy. You do not acquire ownership of the product itself, but rather the right to access and use it within the scope of the license provided.
Restrictions on Use
Customers are prohibited from reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing any service obtained from Vanguard Club. Shared or unauthorized use of Canva Pro accounts, duplication of Turnitin reports, or any attempt to bypass our licensing terms will be considered a violation of this policy. In such cases, Vanguard Club reserves the right to revoke access immediately without prior notice and without any entitlement to refund.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the services, tools, and platforms we provide remain the sole property of their respective owners. Canva, Turnitin, and other services offered through Vanguard Club retain ownership of their software, features, and content. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that Vanguard Club acts only as a provider of access and does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights.
License Duration
The duration of each license depends on the subscription or service purchased. For Canva Pro, licenses are valid for one, three, or six months as per the chosen plan. For Turnitin, each check is licensed as a one-time use and expires once the report is delivered. Once the license period ends, your access to the service will automatically expire unless renewed through a new purchase.
Termination of License
Vanguard Club reserves the right to terminate any license if a customer is found to be misusing the service, violating our terms, engaging in fraudulent activities, or attempting to resell access without authorization. Termination may occur without prior warning, and in such cases, no refunds will be issued.
