At Vanguard Club, we strive to provide our customers with reliable and affordable digital services such as Canva Pro subscriptions, Turnitin originality checks, and other online solutions. Since our services involve digital delivery and instant activation, our refund and cancellation terms are carefully outlined below to ensure transparency and fairness for both parties.

General Policy

All purchases made through Vanguard Club are considered final. Because our services are delivered digitally and often activated instantly (for example, Canva Pro access or Turnitin reports), we are unable to offer refunds once the service has been delivered. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are granted only in exceptional cases where the service could not be delivered due to an error on our side. For instance, if you made a successful payment but did not receive your Canva Pro access or Turnitin report within the promised delivery timeframe, you may request a refund. Refunds will not be issued in cases where:

  • The customer changes their mind after purchasing.

  • The wrong product or subscription plan was selected during checkout.

  • Account misuse occurs due to sharing credentials or violating our Licensing Policy.

  • Technical issues arise on the customer’s device, internet connection, or third-party platform that are beyond our control.

Cancellations

Since our services are digital and activated instantly, cancellations are not possible once the order has been processed. For Canva Pro, once access has been granted, it cannot be revoked or cancelled before the end of the subscription period. For Turnitin checks, once a document has been submitted and a report generated, the process cannot be undone.

Subscription Duration and Expiry

All subscription plans for Canva Pro (1 month, 3 months, or 6 months) remain valid until the end of their duration and will expire automatically if not renewed. Customers may choose not to renew once their plan ends, and no charges will be made without explicit repurchase. There are no partial refunds for unused time if a customer chooses to stop using the service before the subscription period ends.

Refund Process

In the rare case that you are eligible for a refund, you will need to contact us within 48 hours of purchase with proof of payment and a detailed explanation of the issue. Once verified, refunds will be processed through the same payment channel used for the original transaction (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer). Please note that processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, but we aim to complete refunds within 7 business days.

No Guarantee of Third-Party Performance

While we provide access to services such as Canva Pro and Turnitin, the performance of these platforms depends on their own systems and policies. Vanguard Club cannot guarantee uninterrupted service in cases where Canva, Turnitin, or related third parties experience downtime, technical issues, or service interruptions. In such cases, refunds will not be issued as the issue lies beyond our control.
